Aave Labs is looking for a Senior Cyber Security Engineer to help secure Aave's people, systems, and infrastructure. This is a hands-on role reporting to the CISO. Responsibilities: - Work across security operations, cloud security, identity management, SIEM, and incident response - Lead and improve Web3 security initiatives for one of the world's leading DeFi protocols - Build, operate, and improve security systems in a fast-paced environment - Hybrid work from Dublin or London, or fully remote within the EU Requirements: - Strong background in cybersecurity operations and architecture - Experience with cloud security (AWS/GCP/Azure) and identity management - Familiarity with Web3 / blockchain security concepts - Experience with SIEM tools and incident response workflows
