Bitget currently leads in the tokenized TradFi market, providing the industry's lowest fees and highest liquidity across 150 regions worldwide. 岗位职责： • 负责加密货币合约、股票代币（Stock Token）、股票永续合约等衍生品产品设计与迭代，未来覆盖加密货币期权、股票期权等方向。 • 设计并优化交易系统底层金融规则，包括指数价格、标记价格、Funding、订单类型、保证金、强平及风控机制等。 • 深入分析交易、持仓、风控等业务数据，识别产品问题与优化机会，推动产品机制迭代。 • 分析金融交易场景和用户案例，识别潜在业务风险，并提出产品化解决方案。 • 与量化、风控、研发、数据等团队协作，输出 PRD、规则表、验收标准，并推动需求落地。 任职要求： • 3 年以上金融产品经理经验，其中 1 年以上加密货币交易所产品经验，必须具备合约/衍生品产品经验。 • 熟悉衍生品交易机制及金融风控逻辑，理解保证金、强平、Funding、标记价格、指数价格等核心规则。 • 具备数据分析能力，熟练使用 SQL 取数分析，能用 Excel / Google Sheets 进行参数建模、规则推演和逻辑验证。 • 能独立输出清晰的 PRD、规则表和验收标准，具备较强的项目推进和跨团队协作能力。 • 有交易所底层金融系统、衍生品、后端交易系统或传统金融产品经验者优先。 • 具备较强的逻辑分析、沟通协作能力和结果导向。 Why Bitget? • Bitget is the world's leading web 3 platform for copy trading and one of the world's largest and most respected exchanges • We are a global company with staff members from over 50 different countries and regions • We are growing and looking for world-class ambitious talents to help us continue this journey • We have a streamlined structure that empowers employees to work efficiently, delivering the best results in a short timeframe • We offer competitive salaries and benefits • Blockchain technology and digital assets have the potential to change finance in a way no other technology can - be part of it!
