What you'll do • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for Web3 spend/ OTC products including virtual and physical spend/ OTC , card issuance, binding, payments, and user experience optimization. • Deeply understand the Visa and MasterCard network, including integration processes, settlement flows, security, and compliance requirements. • Collaborate with compliance and risk teams to design and refine KYC processes, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements across different regions. • Work closely with growth and marketing teams to develop and execute user acquisition, activation, and retention strategies for card users. • Manage partnerships and integrations with issuing spend/ OTC , banks, card networks (Visa/MasterCard), and payment processors to ensure operational excellence. • Analyze product and user data to drive continuous improvements in product experience and business metrics. • Explore and drive innovation in Web3-native use cases for spend/ OTC , such as on-chain top-ups, NFT-linked cards, and decentralized identity integrations. What you'll need • 3+ years of experience in fintech, payments, or internet product management; hands-on experience with spend/ OTC products is a strong plus. • Solid understanding of Visa/MasterCard payment rails, clearing & settlement, and card lifecycle management. • Familiar with KYC/KYT processes, AML standards, and regulatory frameworks in regions. • Good understanding of Web3 ecosystems, including wallets (e.g., MetaMask, Bitget Wallet), on-chain transactions, and basic blockchain concepts. • Proven experience in driving user growth with structured product methodologies. • Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. • Fluent in English; able to manage international partners and teams. • Bonus: Direct experience working on a Web3 spend/ OTC product (e.g。 Crypto.com Card, Bitget U Card, etc.). 工作职责 • 全面负责 Web3 spend/ OTC 产品的端到端生命周期管理，包括虚拟卡和实体卡的发行、绑定、支付，以及用户体验优化。 • 深入了解 Visa 和 MasterCard 网络，包括对接流程、清算流程、安全性与合规性要求。 • 与合规和风控团队合作，设计并优化 KYC 流程，确保在不同地区符合监管要求。 • 与增长和市场团队紧密合作，制定并执行卡片用户的获客、激活和留存策略。 • 管理与发卡银行、spend/ OTC 以及支付处理方的合作与集成，确保卓越的运营表现。 • 分析产品与用户数据，推动产品体验和业务指标的持续改进。 • 探索并推动 Web3 原生卡片的创新应用场景，例如链上充值、NFT 绑定卡、去中心化身份集成等。 任职要求 • 3 年以上金融科技、支付或互联网产品管理经验；有虚拟/实体卡产品实操经验者优先。 • 扎实理解 Visa/MasterCard 支付网络、清算与结算流程，以及卡生命周期管理。 • 熟悉 KYC/KYT 流程、反洗钱（AML）标准及新加坡、欧盟等地区的监管框架。 • 对 Web3 生态有良好理解，包括钱包（如 MetaMask、Bitget Wallet）、链上交易以及基础区块链概念。 • 具备通过结构化产品方法论驱动用户增长的经验。 • 拥有较强的数据分析、沟通能力和跨团队协作能力。 • 英语流利，能够管理国际合作伙伴和团队。 • 加分项：具备 Web3 卡产品的直接工作经验 spend/ OTC （如 Crypto.com Card、Bitget U Card 等）。 If you are ambitious and believe that digital assets could be the next financial and technological revolution, please apply!
