What you'll do • Support the Head of Group Treasury Investment in managing the group’s global treasury investment portfolio across cash, money market funds, deposits, fixed income, and other approved instruments. • Prepare regular portfolio reporting, including holdings, yield, duration, liquidity profile, counterparty exposure, FX exposure, credit ratings, and compliance with the Global Investment Policy. • Assist with the execution of approved investment transactions, including trade preparation, settlement coordination, cash movement, and post-trade reconciliations. • Monitor market conditions, interest rates, credit developments, and liquidity trends, and summarize key implications for the group’s investment strategy. • Work with banking partners, custodians, brokers, OTC desks, and internal operations teams to ensure smooth execution, settlement, and reporting of investment activity. • Maintain investment documentation, including term sheets, trade confirmations, custody statements, approvals, and audit evidence. • Support the implementation and ongoing use of the Treasury Management System, including investment modules, reporting setup, bank connectivity, and controls. • Help build and operate SOX-ready controls for treasury investment activities, including approvals, deal capture, valuation, reconciliation, and access management. • Assist with cash and liquidity planning by coordinating with Treasury Operations on available balances, short-term funding needs, and investable surplus. What you'll need • 6+ years of experience in treasury investment, asset management, fixed income, liquidity management, corporate treasury, or bank treasury. • Strong understanding of money markets, deposits, fixed income products, yield curves, duration, credit risk, liquidity risk, and counterparty risk. • Experience supporting or managing investment portfolios in a corporate treasury, financial institution, fintech, or asset management environment. • Familiarity with investment policy compliance, trade approvals, settlement processes, custody arrangements, and investment reporting. • Good working knowledge of multi-currency treasury structures, cross-border cash management, and FX considerations. • Experience working with banks, custodians, brokers, asset managers, or money market fund providers. • Strong Excel and financial analysis skills; experience with Bloomberg, treasury management systems, ERP tools, or BI/reporting tools is a plus. • Understanding of SOX controls, audit evidence, and control requirements for investment activities, preferably in an IPO or public company environment. • Experience with digital assets, crypto custody, or treasury operations in a fintech / crypto business is a plus. • CFA, CTP, CPA, ACCA, or similar qualification is preferred but not required.
