Supported by 24/7 multilingual customer service and a strong commitment to innovation, we are shaping the future of finance through technology, collaboration, and bold execution.</div> <div class="ace-line ace-line old-record-id-LtVud2dO7oglqJxxZoOucqjJsPc"> </div> <div class="ace-line ace-line old-record-id-RMHkdm4bPo66l3xMVO8ui1o8sle">Today, Bybit is recognized as one of the most trusted and transparent platforms in the digital asset industry, continuing to expand its global presence while building the infrastructure for the next generation of financial services.</div> </div></div><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ol> <li>Own end-to-end design of fund flows including fiat deposits, withdrawals, refunds, channel settlement and clearing cycles, and fund mapping across internal ledger, channel statements, and clearing accounts</li> <li>Abstract complex, fragmented fund logic into standardised workflows, rule-based engines, and configurable reusable product capabilities</li> <li>Design and build the company-level reconciliation product system covering internal vs channel reconciliation, transaction/fund/balance reconciliation, state machines, exception detection and routing, and SLA management</li> <li>Drive continuous improvement in auto-reconciliation rates, reduction of manual intervention, and shorter settlement cycles; support monthly closing, audit requirements, and management-level fund reporting</li> <li>Work closely with Engineering, Finance, Risk, and Compliance to drive design and evolution of fund-related systems, balancing compliance, risk control, efficiency, and scalability</li> <li>Lead automation initiatives — process automation, rule engine standardisation, and systematic reduction of manual operations — with scalable operations as the core objective</li> </ol> <p><strong>Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Computer Science, or related field</li> <li>5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in funds, payments, settlement, clearing, reconciliation, or fintech/financial infrastructure</li> <li>Solid system-level understanding of fund flows, settlement logic, reconciliation mechanisms, and fund lifecycle management</li> <li>Ability to independently conduct complex requirement analysis, design system solutions, and drive cross-functional execution</li> <li>Proficient in SQL for data analysis; strong data-driven decision-making capability</li> <li>Strong abstraction skills — able to convert people-driven operations into system + rules + automation</li> </ul> <p><strong>Nice to Have</strong></p> <ul> <li>Background in crypto exchanges, payment institutions, or clearing/settlement platforms</li> <li>Experience building reconciliation systems, settlement systems, or funds/finance middle platforms
