As a publicly traded company, Gemini is poised to accelerate this vision with greater scale, reach, and impact.</p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>The Department: Regional Operations</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>The Role: Lead, Operations &amp; Growth</strong></span></p> <p>We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented candidate to join Gemini’s Singapore team, sitting at the intersection of our Singapore operations and growth mandate. The role is designed to align toward a more generalist skillset to broadly support the Singapore business covering the following areas:</p> <ol> <li>Working with our highest value clients to enable a seamless and world class experience on Gemini</li> <li>Owning key processes for the Singapore entity such as outsourcing management</li> <li>Leading execution on our local growth efforts and customer reactivations</li> </ol> <p>You will collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Compliance/Legal, and Customer Support teams to achieve the above.</p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></span></p> <p><strong>Operations &amp; Process Management</strong></p> <ul> <li>Take ownership of our Outsourcing processes and governance practices and ensure adherence to MAS requirements. </li> <li>Run monthly/quarterly processes check-ins with key stakeholders across audit, compliance, legal, and management and ensure we identify and plug any gaps.</li> <li>Assess and own the material and reporting for this process by working with stakeholders to enhance and improve our monitoring and reporting.</li> <li>Work closely with our audit and compliance teams to understand the latest regulations with regard to any MAS mandates in this area.</li> <li>Work with counterparts across various teams such as risk, product, compliance to identity gaps, come up with a plan to plug them, and finally ensure they are completed. </li> <li>Assess and monitor all SLAs with regard to operational and outsourcing based processes.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Growth &amp; Activation</strong></p> <ul> <li>Work closely with Singapore leadership to drive our Singapore growth agenda across product and local activation.</li> <li>Own the Singapore growth roadmap and execute the plan by working cross functionally with stakeholders across marketing and product.</li> <li>Monitor Singapore’s performance and run weekly/monthly growth meets to take stock and plan next steps.</li> <li>Support the Gemini team during Token 2049 and other major industry events, coordinating promotions, activations, and on-the-ground support to maximise impact.</li> <li>Serve as the primary point of contact for Gemini’s top-tier VIP traders, ensuring their issues are resolved promptly, effectively, and with the highest standard of care.</li> <li>Conduct regular check-ins and meetings with VIP clients to understand their evolving needs, gather feedback, and proactively address potential friction points.</li> <li>Champion the voice of the VIP customer internally, bringing structured feedback and insights back to the broader product and operations teams.</li> <li>Organise and facilitate product workshops tailored to VIP customers, giving them early insight into new features and gathering high-signal feedback.</li> <li>Plan and
