Ondo Finance is building institutional-grade, blockchain-enabled investment products and services. As a Staff Security Engineer (Blockchain), you will play a crucial role in securing blockchain-based financial products, leading security architecture reviews and implementing controls for both on-chain and off-chain systems. Responsibilities: - Lead security architecture reviews for blockchain products, focusing on smart contract security, key management, and Web3 integrations - Perform security audits of smart contracts and blockchain infrastructure - Participate in on-call rotation and incident response support - Collaborate with product teams to integrate security best practices into the development lifecycle - Conduct third-party security assessments and vendor evaluations - Develop and maintain security documentation and training materials - Help protect digital assets worth hundreds of millions of dollars Requirements: - Ability to read code to identify and assess security risks - Ability to write code in common scripting languages to support security solutions and automation - Strong expertise in blockchain, web app, and cloud security - Experience working at a fast-moving crypto organization - Prior smart contract audit experience is highly valued Compensation: competitive salary, future token rights, and/or equity; full benefits (medical, vision, dental); flexible vacation (PTO).
